Guys . . . I can recommend this book:
Easy Bread Machine Baking (More Than 100 New Recipes For Sweet And Savory Loaves And Shaped Breads, by Shirley Ann Holmes (published by Firefly Books, ISBN - 1-55209-493-6).
Although it's North American-centric, I follow Shirley's recipes using metic cups and measures, and the results seem to work well.
